Toyota recalled certain 2024 Lexus GX vehicles equipped with a V35A engine because the debris from the manufacturing process may contaminate the engine and cause the main bearings to fail, which can result in an engine stall.
If the engine stalls, it can cause the vehicle to lose drive power, increasing the risk of a crash.
